When its the time to search for the right references and resources, and at the same time check for the reliable and authentic ones, while learning a new skill or updating the existing ones;

Based on the personal experiences of treasure hunts, I now have clarity and surety about the initial step; ie., Following the official documentations. And definitely, it never disappoints.

One real time example for me is when I keep following through the official Java documentation published by Oracle, and till time it has been the 100% authentic, reliable and worthy source to extract information from. From classes to their classifications, methods, their overloaded versions, use cases, limitations to almost everything one needs, at one destination.

Yes. Of course, they are way more detailed than expected, but with right references and experiences, one can easily learn to pick the important topics/chapters/titles according to the requirement.

However, definitely one can always get clarity about what they find in the documents with other references including YT videos, Medium articles; but all which is important is choosing the right “Source”, followed by “Resources”.
